Daily Msia - Nepali man killed by fallen oil palm tree

   

NIBONG TEBAL: A Nepalese plantation worker was crushed to death by a fallen oil palm tree at an estate in Jalan Tasek, Simpang Ampat near here today. The 20-year-old victim was inside an outdoor shed when the tree collapsed. His body was spotted by

a fellow worker under a pile of rubble about 10.15am. A Sungai Bakap Fire and Rescue Department spokesman said firemen managed to retrieve the victim's remains at 11.45am. His remains have been sent to the Sungai Bakap Hospital for a post-mortem
